|
| At last weeks meeting, we planned our art exhibition which will be on 7th July. We planned the hall layout, sent out invitations and made a shopping list for the food and drink we need. |

| Chair and vice chair meet headteacher |
|
The Chair and vice chair have meet with the school headteacher and negotiated an amount of money to fund new art materials for the group. During the meeting they present the headteacher with an example of the art work that had been produced in order to convince him of the potential. They successfully negotiated a deal to pay back 50% of the borrowed amount.

| enterprise event at the Holiday Inn |
|
During an enterprise event at the Holiday Inn, Rotherham, the Chair and vice chair attend to present the groups ideas, aims and intentions to a large audience comprised of schools, businesses and schools from other authorities. The event was a huge success and a number of prints were sold.
